Windows XP is not still out - or is it? Well, at least it's now ten-year-old Microsoft operating system for Internet users on the wane. According to a report by the TechSpot XP's market share fell for the first time in July 2011 under the 50 percent mark, just made to his successors 49.94 Prozent.Zusammen with Vista (9.24 percent), and Windows 7 (27.87) were the Microsoft systems accordingly to 87.66 percent of all online PCs represented. Compared to the previous month, a decline of at least 0.63 percent, while growth was the competitor to Linux and Mac OS 0.22 and 0.03 percent respectively could.
The slow demise of Windows XP is in line with Microsoft since the Redmond company have set including the mainstream support and the support of the outdated Internet Explorer 6. However, be made available until at least 2014 security updates for XP users - given the fact that the system is regarded as viruses spin oldies, certainly not a bad decision!
